On 16 September, Eurostat published the latest data concerning the construction sector.

In particular Eurostat reported that in July 2015 compared with June 2015, seasonally adjusted production in the construction sector rose by 1.0% in the euro area (EA19) and by 0.7% in the EU28. In June 2015, production in construction dropped by 1.2% and 0.5% respectively.

In July 2015 compared with July 2014, production in construction grew by 1.8% in the euro area and by 2.3% in the EU28.
