The Construction Products Regulation came into effect on 1 July 2013 and lays down harmonised rules for the marketing of construction products in the EU. The primary purpose of the CPR is to break down technical barriers to trade in order to ensure the free movement of construction products across Member States within the European Union

This consultation offers all stakeholders and final users the opportunity to contribute to a possible revision of the Construction Products Regulation. Their experience and perceptions will help defining the baseline, assessing possible options for the future and identifying the most appropriate way forward.
