Today, the "TimeForTimber Manifesto” was launched today on occasion of the World of Wood Festival and in the framework of the COP26. 

With this document, the Wood Industry wants to send a clear message to the policy makers on the climate and environmental benefits of building with wood.  For this reason, WE are calling on political leaders and policy makers in every country to recognise forests and the global wood and forest industries as a major solution toward a more climate-resilient economy.
