The Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1681 of 6 March 2024 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council by establishing classes of performance in relation to the resistance to fire of construction products was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) on the 13^th of June.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the OJEU.
