The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) sets specific reuse targets. This delegated act aims to introduce exemptions from the reuse requirements for plastic wrappings and straps embedded in PPWR.

The Delegated Act was published by the Commission on 25 February 2026.
