The Commission has submitted a delegated act to the Council in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 290 TFEU and with regard to Articles 18(5) and 49(3) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 on the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehicles. The Commission having notified the delegated act to the Council on 9 March 2018, the Council may object to it until 9 May 2018.

The Working Party on Technical Harmonisation (Motor Vehicles) has examined the delegated act by an electronic information procedure initiated on 14 March 2018 and silently agreed that there are no grounds for the Council to object to it.
