Evergreen Prize: the new research funding

Under the patronage of the Evergreen Privatstiftung, the HS Timber Group is organizing the Evergreen Prize for Innovation in May 2025.

Under the research title “New materials made from wood”, research teams from universities across Europe will pitch their projects and compete for the Evergreen Prize – a research funding program endowed with 300,000 euros.

International guests from the wood-processing sector, the forest-based industry, research institutions and civil society are expected to attend the award ceremony for the innovative projects, held in Vienna, Austria.

Due to the exclusive nature of the event, attendance is by invitation only.
